Terraco Terrascreed GP 100
Product Overview - Terrascreed GP100 is a general purpose self leveling floor compound used to level concrete floors and screeds prior to application of final finish, such as carpet, tiles, wood flooring or other flooring systems. - Terrascreed GP100 is a quick setting polymer modified cement based compound with excellent adhesion and strength properties. Properties - Terrascreed GP100 is both hydraulically and organically bound, guaranteeing good adhesion to the substrate. - Due to its composition and the use of precisely graded fillers, a smooth, high quality surface is obtained when leveling floors. Areas Of Use - Terrascreed GP100 is a self leveling compound designed for leveling concrete floors and screeds prior to application of carpet, tiles, wood flooring or other flooring system. - Terrascreed GP100 is excellently suited for use on residence, office, school, department store floor. - For use in dry indoor only Application Method Preparation of Surface - Concrete floors should be fully cured for 3-4 weeks. Ensure that all dust, dirt and foreign matter are scraped and brushed away. All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired first. Priming - Apply a coat of primer prior to application of Terrascreed GP100. On extremely absorbent, porous surfaces or under extreme climatic conditions, coat a primer 2 or 3 times. Mixing - Mix the Terrascreed GP100 with the recommended water with a high speed mixer (Terraco SM 50 or SM 100) or with a hand agitator for 3 minutes until the mixture is free from lumps. Application and Cleaning of Tools - Terrascreed GP100 is poured to surface and spread with a smoothing trowel or spreader to the required thickness. - A porcupine roller is then rolled through the laid material to remove air pockets. - Terrascreed GP100 will flow out to find the correct level. The surface can normally be walked on after 12 hours. - Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
