Product Overview - Terraroc FC is suitable for use over both interior and exterior concrete surfaces. Properties - Blend of special cements, graded fillers, polymers, and water retaining additives - Ready to use - Provides an attractive smooth finish - Offers excellent adhesion Areas Of Use - Designed for use as a final coat in the Terraco concrete repair system to produce a smooth surface suitable for final decoration. - Can be used as a thin coat render for direct application on concrete. - Suitable for repairing fine cracks and surface defects. Application Method Surface Preparation - When completing concrete repair work, ensure the surrounding concrete is free from oil, grease, dirt, surface contaminants, and loose particles. - Thoroughly soak the complete substrate with water prior to application. Mixing - Mix Terraroc FC with the recommended water using a mechanical mixer or handheld agitator for 3–5 minutes. Allow the mix to stand for 5 minutes, re-stir, and use. - (8.25 to 8.75 litres of water per 25 kg Terraroc FC, depending on thickness of application). Application & Finishing - Apply Terraroc FC by spray and level with a steel float. Achieve a smooth finish using a wooden float or foam float once the material has set, moistening the float during use and brushing off loose particles with a soft brush afterwards. Cleaning of Tools - Clean tools and equipment with water after use
