{"product_id":"terraco-terrafix-w22-tile-adhesive","title":"Terraco Terrafix W22 Tile Adhesive","description":"\u003cul class=\"tabs\"\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"active\"\u003eDescription\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eData Sheet\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cul class=\"tabs-content\"\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"active\"\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eTerraco Terrafix W22 Tile Adhesive\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Product Overview\n - Terrafix W22 is a high strength flexible wall tile adhesive with excellent nonslumpand extended open time characteristics. \n - Terrafix W22 complies with the requirements as per EN12004 and passes all tests required for C2TE classified adhesives.\n - Terrafix W22 is suitable for interior and exterior walls.\nProperties\n - Excellent adhesion\n - Non-slump\n - Easy workability\n - Water resistant\n - Extended open time\n  - Excellent flexibility\nAreas Of Use\n - As a high strength non-slump ceramic tile adhesive for laying stone\n - Mosaic\n - Marble\n - Natural stones\nVitrified tiles on masonry substrates such as sand\/cement render\n - Precast concrete\n - Gypsum board\n - Cement fibre board\nApplication Method\nSurface Preparation:\n - Ensure that the surface to be covered is clean and free of foreign matter. \n - Absorbent and porous substrate should be wetted thoroughly with water prior to the application of Terrafix W22.\n - Dusting surfaces should be treated with a penetrating primer.\n\nMixing:\n - Add about 5.6-6 litres of water to 20kg of Terrafix W22 and mix thoroughly to a thick and creamy consistency. \n - Let it stand for 5 minutes, re-stir and apply.\n\nApplication:\n - Apply Terrafix W22 in a layer approximately 3mm thick to the surface with the smooth side of a notched trowel. \n - Pull the trowel through the applied layer with the notched edge. \n - Push the tiles into place so that full adhesion is obtained.
