Product Overview - Terrabond AP201 is an APEO free, low VOC, acrylic copolymer emulsion-based adhesion promoter, which has excellent adhesion over difficult to adhere substrates like glass and metal. - It is a water-based adhesion promoter and provides an excellent base for final decorative finishing coats, such as TERRACO Textured Coatings and emulsion paints. Properties - Excellent adhesion - Inhibits corrosion - Water and alkali resistance - Easy to apply - APEO free and low VOC Areas Of Use - Fairface dense concrete - Microsilica concrete - Ceramics - Mild steel - Stainless steel - Galvanized steel - Aluminium - Glass substrates Application Method Surface Preparation - Ensure substrates are clean and sound. Ensure all dust, dirt and flaking material and foreign matter are brushed and scraped away. Priming Application - Thoroughly stir Terrabond AP201 until a homogenous liquid is formed - For Non-porous substrates – Terrabond AP201 is to be applied without dilution. - For Porous substrates – Terrabond AP201 can be diluted with water in 1:3 ratio, when used over porous substrates like concrete.
