PU HI-GLOSS TAC is a polyurethane glossy varnish based on poly – functional saturated polyester resin. Varnish of two component materials with excellent covering properties and optimum brilliant finish. Due to its high solid content, it is resistant to weathering and some limited acid spillage.

Major Uses : Highly recommended for household furniture such as beds, cabinets, chairs, sofas, doors and frames turned pieces and likes.

Recoating
One coat may be sufficient for ordinary finish. However, one additional coat can be applied wet on wet if necessary. Light sanding with 600-800 grit sand paper is recommended before subsequent coats when recoating time exceeds 3 hrs. Remove traces of wax.


METHOD OF APPLICATION : 

The surface to be top coated should be primed with either polyurethane sealer or polyester clear sealer.
It should be cleaned, well-sanded and free from dust, oil, water and other contaminants.
To a well-prepared surface, apply 1 – 2 coats of P.U HI-GLOSS TAC, horizontally and vertically.
In additional coat is required to obtain a good finish, light sanding is necessary with 600-800 grit sand paper is recommended prior to final coating.
