General Purpose Silicone Sealant for Exterior and Interior Purposes
Pattex General Purpose SL212 (acetic silicone) is a one-component, ready-to-use silicone sealant for general purpose sealing applications (indoor and outdoor). It is suitable for bonding and repairing properties of a wide variety of joints, it cures at room temperature and in the presence of air moisture to form a flexible and resistant joint.

Application
You will need a silicone sealant gun for application.
Surface preparation:
Surfaces must be dry, clean of dust and free of any substances which may impair adhesion.
Application procedure:
Cut off tip of spout at 45° angle, load cartridge into gun and apply steadily.
Cleaning:
Clean residue and tools with cloth -

Silicone-rubber compounds cannot be painted over. During hardening acetic acid is released which may cause irritation to skin, mucous membranes and eyes. Therefore ensure good ventilation. Use other building products for permanently elastic joint sealing in exposed areas, especially where chemicals are used and on substrates not listed above. Observe the warnings, safety and waste advice given in the safety data sheet.
Please not that silicone sealants are Irritating to the eyes and skin. Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking. Vapors may cause drowsiness and dizziness. Keep out of reach of children. Keep container in a well-ventilated place. Keep away from sources of ignition - No smoking. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
