Jotashield Colourlast Exterior

Recommended use
Jotun Jotashield Colourlast can be used on exterior surfaces like concrete, cement plaster etc. where an environment friendly and durable paint system is required to protect the substrate against carbonation, impact of UV and other weather elements. This product can also be used as a topcoat on other textured systems. 

Substrate Applicable: Cement plaster, concrete, rendered surfaces, block work, gypsum board etc. 

The product can be applied by
Roller : Recommended. 
Brush : Recommended to paint corners and edges. 
Spray : Airless spray or Conventional spray.

Cleaning of painting tools 
Water is enough. But using an enamel based thinner will make the cleaning a lot faster.

Coverage
4.5 sqm / L (for applying 2 coats of paint)

Thinner and Dilution
Use Water. But maximum 10-15% 

Recommended paint system
Primer                          : 1 coat x Acrylic Primer                           
Smoothening Coat       : 1 coat x Jotashield Ultra Bond Filler (for repairs only) 
Topcoat                        : 2 coat x Jotashield Colourlast 
If you are painting over an already painted wall, you can decide to directly use a topcoat, skipping filler and primer. Nevertheless, there is no harm in using a primer and just skipping stucco, as it will help in bonding the new paint better with existing paint.

1. Select the colour you need from the below link:

2. Once you find your perfect colour, click Custom Colour option. We have categorized the custom colour option into 3 types - Light, Medium & Dark tones. Prices are usually lower for lighter tones and they increase as the colour strength increases. So, select the apt option based on the colour tone selected. 
3. Once you click on any custom colour tab option, a section opens up to write the colour code and colour name of your selection.

P.S. For professionals who know their colours, you can specify any RAL or NCS code as well.
